We are a charity organization dedicated to improving the lives of those in need. Through our various programs and initiatives, we strive to make a positive impact on the world around us.

● Provide access to education: Ensure that underprivileged children and young adults in Sri Lanka have access to quality education, regardless of their socioeconomic background.

● Promote health and well-being: Improve the health and well-being by providing access to medical care, nutritious food, and clean water.

● Encourage skill development: Provide opportunities for them to develop valuable skills that will help them succeed in the future, such as: computer literacy, financial management, and leadership.

● Foster community engagement: Encourage them to become actively engaged in their communities by participating in volunteer work, community service, and other activities that promote social cohesion.

● Raise awareness: Raise awareness about the challenges faced by underprivileged children and young adults in Sri Lanka, and encourage the public and private sectors to take action to support them.

We believe in the power of education as a tool to relieve generational poverty.

Empathy: We value commitment to understanding and caring for those in need.

Inclusivity: We value diversity and promoting equal opportunities for all.

Collaboration: We aim to build long-term, sustainable partnerships and work together with others to achieve success for the children and young adults in our care.

Empowerment: We foster self-sufficiency and empower individuals and communities to lead fulfilling lives.

Integrity. We work with honesty, transparency, and accountability in all operations and interactions.

We transform lives and relieve generational poverty of disadvantaged children and young adults through education sponsorship, guidance, and empowerment.

An Australian based, charitable organization committed to relieving poverty through education. Kathleen Keegel Children's Fund Ltd started its journey to relieve poverty in 2004 with the mission to help underprivileged children receive the care and opportunities they need to break free of the poverty cycle.

Over the last nearly 20 years, the organisation has been successful in assisting thousands of children and providing long-term care to hundreds of children. KKCF has also been involved with assisting the surrounding communities that it is involved with and providing emergency assistance for families and individuals that request it.
